- Coarsely grind coffee beans (coarse sea salt consistency)
- Mix coffee grounds with filtered water in a jar at a 1:8 coffee to water by weight ratio – if you don’t want to weight it every time, use a 1 quarter jar, fill to 1 cup (8oz) with grounds, and then add water until it reaches the 2.5 cup mark (20 oz)
- Allow to steep in the refrigerator or room temperature for 12 – 24 hours
- Once steeped, filter through fine mesh strainer and keep in the refrigerator
Serve with milk over ice and add yummy flavors. Or just mix with water in 1:1 ratio.
