2026 Notes:
Staggered the seed starting and planting by a few weeks to spread out the harvest (Feb 1, Feb 15).
2025 Notes:
Germinated in just three days under the grow lights. Transplanted well and harvest was exceptional! An extra few cabbages grew from plants left in the ground so probably need to read up more on harvesting to keep them growing. Made wonderful sauerkraut from these!
