Will need to cut into 2 inch pieces with at least 1 – 2 eyes and then dig a trench 6 – 8 inches deep. Eyes should be pointing up. Every 12 – 15 inches rows and spaced 3 feet apart. Backfill with 4 inches of soil. continue to fill the trench and then mound the soil around the plants as they continue to grow.
Need 1 – 2 inches of water or rain per week. If foilage turns yellow, discontinue watering
Harvest 2 – 3 weeks after plants have finished flowering.
