- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
- Combine all ingredients and mix well
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out the mixture in one large spread over the parchment
- Bake 20 minutes
- Let cool and then break apart and store in a jar

Ingredients
- 50g sourdough discard
- 10g coconut oil or peanut butter
- 20g honey
- 5g vanilla
- 100g oats
- 50g choice of nuts (almonds, cashews, peanuts, etc)
- 50g choice of seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, chia, seasame, etc)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 ts nutmeg
- 2g salt (this was a bit much so might revise)
- other mix-ins of choice like dried fruit, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, yum!
