Mezcal Mule

  • 1.5 oz mezcal
  • 1 oz ginger beer
  • 3 cucumber slices
  • .75 oz lime juice
  • .5 oz agave nectar
  • fruit purée (optional)

  1. muddle cucumber and agave nectar
  2. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake until chilled
  3. Strain ingo rocks glass with ice and garnish with cucumber slice
