Peanut Sauce

Serves: 4 (or more)

Prep: 5 minutes

  • 3 tbsp peanut butter (any is fine including natural or crunchy)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp chili paste (or sriracha)
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 – 3 tbsp water

The ingredients are in parts to make it easy to increase the batch size. Using 1 tbsp as your 1 “part”, will yield about four servings (1 oz or 2 tbsp serving size).

  1. Whisk your ingredients together
  2. Add more or less water as-needed to achieve your desired consistency
  3. Serve as a dipping sauce for chicken satay and summer roles

For Keto diets, just make sure your peanut butter doesn’t have any added sugar.
