Pressure Cooker Coconut Rice

Prep: 5

  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Add all ingredients to pressure cooker
  • Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes
  • Allow pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes
  • Optionally serve with toasted coconut flakes
