This rub is inspired from Bobby Flay but can’t find that original recipe. I use this rub on salmon and VERY generously coat/crust the fish before baking or barbecuing. An excellent compliment to using a cedar plank too!
Simply combine all the dry ingredients and then store for convenience in a leftover spice container. It typically makes much more than you’ll need for one meal when using just 1 tbsp as your part base.
