Activities
February 1, 2026: Started first set of seeds indoors (lettuce, spinach, cabbage, broccoli, and hot peppers)
February 15, 2026: Started a second batch of cabbage and broccoli as well as
March 1, 2026: Re-seeded the lettuce and spinach because it was overwatered and invaded by fungus gnats. They appeared to be stunting or killing the small seedlings on the top shelf (lettuce, spinach); but the cabbage, broccoli and peppers on the lower shelf seemed unaffected so left those to continue growing.
Started tomatoes, sweet peppers and more hot chilis.

March 19, 2026: Having unseasonable heat, decided to go ahead and plant radishes, carrots, and beets. Planted two rows of four planned for each plant in Bed 1 (previously grew peas, beans, and cabbage)
Also checked on garlic and found it had sprouted nicely over the winter (October 2025 planting)

March 27, 2026: Transplanted 3 cabbage and 3 broccoli seedlings. Radishes have sprouted (about 1 week since planting)
