Was craving a cesar salad this spring and found this excellent recipe from Once Upon a Chef.
Important here to use real, 100% lemon juice and not the stuff from powder/concentrate you buy in the plastic bottle!
- Combine the first ingredients (before mayo)
- Whisk in the mayo and parmesan
Serve! It’s that easy. I didn’t get out the blender for this one and everything combined just fine without it.
