- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and then add in wet ingredients and 1/2 nuts
- Pour into a casserole dish or pan, top with remaining 1/2 of the nuts, and bake 35 minutes

- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- .5 tsp cinnamon
- .5 tsp salt
- 1.5 cups pumpkin puree or canned pumpkin
- 1.5 cups almond milk (or oat milk, or regular milk)
- .25 cups maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or other nut
