Sourdough Discard Crackers

Ingredients

  • 200 grams sourdough discard
  • 45 grams olive oil
  • Everything bagel seasoning (or other seasoning)

  1. Preheat over to 325 degrees
  2. Remove discard from refrigerator and let sit for about 30 minutes
  3. Mix in olive oil and seasoning
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  5. Spread mixture in an even, think layer across the paper
  6. Bake on center rack for 15 minutes and then using a pizza cutter, cut crackers into about 1″ x 1″ squares
  7. Return to oven and bake an additional 35 – 45 minutes
  8. Remove from oven and let cool before breaking apart and storing!

Pairs well with homemade hummus!
